Girton College does have enough rooms to house all the conference participants (the conference being limited to a maximum of 180 participants - the size of the College's largest lecture hall).  The rooms are adequate but not special, being 19th or 20th century student quarters.  There are no en-suite facilities.  Bed and breakfast in Girton is £30 per night (see conference booking form).  If they wish, participants may book rooms outside the conference period for site seeing and so forth (again see the conference booking form)

There are only a couple of  hotels in (about 20 minutes) walking distance of Girton College. Both are fairly expensive.  These are the Cambridge Lodge Hotel  and the Hotel Felix, both in Huntingdon Road.
